What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7–10+ years of experience in ERP consulting, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX. Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end ERP implementation projects in complex environments. Expertise across Dynamics 365 F&O modules with the ability to design integrated, scalable solutions. Good understanding of Microsoft ecosystem technologies, including Power Platform, Azure services, automation, and data analytics tools. Experience leading cross-functional consultant teams in implementation or transformation projects. Background in presales activities, including solution diagnostics and client workshops. Technical and business documentation skills with the ability to produce clear, structured deliverables. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior business stakeholders. Analytical mindset, leadership capabilities, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving.
