What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience, At least 4 years of health care information technology implementation or consulting working experience, At least 2 years Electronic Health Record solution work experience, At least 1 year of project management experience, Ability to communicate effectively with technical, clinical and operational teams, Ability to document and present architecture concepts, often narrowing complex ideas to a single overview, Ability to build client relationships and delivering client-centric solutions, Ability to make sense of complex, high quantity and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems

Nice to Have

At least 2 years Netsmart EHR solution work experience, Clinical experience within behavioral health, substance use, addiction treatment, case management, or foster care settings, with hands-on involvement in EHR implementations or system design, Basic skills in Java or SQL or basic data analytics skills

In this role, you will also serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through system upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing optimization while providing solution expertise, troubleshooting support, and knowledge transfer throughout the engagement. In this fast-paced consulting environment, you will manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, balancing priorities while delivering high-quality outcomes and maintaining strong client relationships.
