Full Job Description

As a Solution Architect, you help drive commercial success by shaping technology solutions for complex client opportunities within the dynamic Thai market. This is a senior consulting role with a strong pursuit and proposal focus. You work with business development and client leaders to turn client challenges into clear, credible and commercially viable solutions. You engage directly with senior stakeholders across Thai enterprises, from large conglomerates and financial institutions to retail powerhouses, build technical credibility early, and stay close enough to delivery to ensure what is sold can be executed. You should be comfortable moving between client conversations, proposal work, technical solution design and early delivery support. The role combines solution strategy, technical pre-sales, client engagement and hands-on leadership. You should also stay current on emerging technology and AI, and apply that knowledge in a practical way to improve solution quality, relevance and market impact. Job Responsibilities Solution Strategy and Pursuit Support Partner with business development and client leaders to shape deals, define solution strategy and support pursuits. Design and articulate technology solutions tailored to client challenges, aligned to service offerings and delivery capability. Help create strong value propositions, winning proposals and high-quality RFP responses (in both Thai and English). Contribute to estimation, team shape, assumptions, risks and scope boundaries so opportunities are both attractive and realistic. Client Engagement and Consulting Leadership Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand business goals, constraints and decision drivers. Present solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, building trust and technical credibility.
