Compensation: USD 165,000 - 190,000 yearly Job Description Ten Mile Square is looking for a talented and experienced Solution Architect to design and build systems for multiple remote-first teams of full-stack software engineers working in a complex enterprise environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive technical direction, maintain a high delivery bar, and operate effectively across architecture, product, and engineering stakeholders. The initial assignment is to help lead the development and modernization of enterprise financial services platforms, including backend systems, federated GraphQL services, workflow-driven application components, and cloud-native infrastructure on AWS. The right candidate will combine strong software engineering depth with delivery accountability, sound technical judgment, and the ability to move work forward in messy, real-world environments. Salary (Base + Target Bonus): $190K ($165K + $25K). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Work with multiple teams of software engineers, SDETs, and DevOps-oriented engineers to design and build complex software systems.
