You will be responsible for translating business requirements into cohesive, pragmatic and value-driven solutions. You will drive the technical direction of our value streams by balancing business goals with sound architecture principles, patterns and pragmatic design, ensuring safe, aligned value delivery in a fast-moving dynamic environment. You will lead technical discovery workshops, facilitate collaborative design sessions, drive critical architecture decisions, and use your hard-earned collaborative skills to enable others via mentorship and guidance. As part of the broader Enterprise Architecture team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our current and target state architectures, principles, patterns and processes as we grow our capability and influence.
