Join us as a **Solution Architect** and lead the transformation of our HR and Finance platforms, designing solutions to transition from legacy systems to Workday. You’ll ensure architectures are aligned to enterprise standards and support our wider goals of improving care, experience, efficiency, and impact. **As our Solution Architect, you will:** * Lead technical discovery, analysing existing applications, platforms, and infrastructure across the estate * Develop a clear understanding of current-state architecture, including dependencies, data flows, and integration points * Define target and transitional architectures aligned to enterprise strategy and programme objectives * Assess how systems and services need to be adapted, enhanced, or replaced to meet future capability needs * Design and lead system integrations, including APIs, messaging patterns, and data exchange mechanisms * Create high-quality architecture artefacts, including solution designs, diagrams, and interface specifications * Collaborate with delivery teams, SMEs, and third-party suppliers to ensure solutions are practical and deliverable * Identify and manage technical risks, assumptions, and dependencies throughout the lifecycle * Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable * Present designs to Technical Design Authority (TDA), incorporating feedback and securing approval * Support the transition into deliv
