As the solution architect for our Pharmacy Value Stream, you will design both our traditional platforms and new Agentic AI tools. Your technical solutions will make our daily operations more efficient, reduce business costs, and ultimately improve the healthcare services we provide. **What you’ll do:** * Partner with Product Owners at project initiation to define and scope technical solutions, covering both AI and traditional technologies. * Design and architect modern systems, from enterprise platforms to cutting-edge Agentic AI. * Build rapid prototypes and proofs-of-concept using Python, Java, and AI tools like Claude Code and Google Gemini. * Lead technical discussions with business leaders and engineering teams, translating complex ideas into clear action. * Ensure new solutions securely and efficiently integrate with our existing healthcare and data governance platforms. **What you’ll need** : * 8-10+ years of IT experience across solution architecture, systems analysis, and software engineering. * Hands-on experience architecting or building solutions using AI, Machine Learning, or LLMs. * Proficiency in languages like Python or Java and a strong grasp of modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Deep understanding of both modern (microservices, APIs) and traditional enterprise architecture. * Industry experience in healthcare or pharmacy benefits management (PBM) is a major plus. * A bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Data Science, etc.) is required; a master's is a plus. **Why you’ll love it here:** • Lead innovation and shape the future of our technology. • Work on high-impact projects that directly improve member services. • Be at the forefront of applying advanced AI in the healthcare industry.
