What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Software engineering or similar, working knowledge in cyber-security, Strong working knowledge of systems engineering processes, Requirements analysis and definition, System interface specifications, Development and articulation of Operating Concepts, 5+ years’ experience in mixed Architectural and Solution Delivery in large Networks / Systems, Demonstrated ability to interpret complex technical solutions / options and develop recommendations, Able to appreciate the business context in which the systems operate, Timely decision-making, Demonstrated experience in problem solving, planning and seeking opportunities for improvement, written and verbal communication, development of Meeting minutes, development of Project Briefings (written and verbal), negotiation skills, good listening skills

Produce Project documentation
Review supplier deliverables
Produce services architecture and design
Review contractor documentation
Guide DDG system integration requirements
Provide architectural support
Provide architectural advice
Provide architectural guidance
Participate in ICT Architecture working group
Produce ICT architectural documentation
Support System Engineering Design
Participate in SED development
Participate in SED workshops
Contribute to project related documents
Participate in Contract Negotiations
Develop needs and requirements
Develop valid system specifications
Analyse vendor design specification
Develop technical interface designs
Support development test plans
Provide traceability of design
Participate in working groups
Develop interface control agreements
Manage delivery of industry work packages
Ensure compliance with statement of work
