What They're Looking For.
Must Have
10+ years in software engineering, designing distributed systems, full-stack experience (React + FastAPI), Expert-level Python, Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, or RAG architectures, Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and relational databases
Nice to Have
Experience with Databricks (Lakebase, MLflow, Unity Catalog), Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen), Experience with Node.js full-stack, Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
