What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field — or equivalent practical experience, 3-5 years of experience in solutions consulting, technical support, PCB design, CAD administration, or engineering process roles, Working knowledge of ECAD workflows, libraries, project structures, data management, Understanding of cloud systems, permissions, integrations, and engineering collaboration tools, Ability to document processes, configurations, and user guides clearly and concisely
Nice to Have
Experience with Altium Designer or Altium 365 is highly desirable, Exposure to PLM concepts (lifecycles, BOMs, change management) in an engineering environment, Basic familiarity with PLM concepts and how they apply to small engineering teams
What You'll Do.
Assist in the deployment and configuration of the Altium Agile Platform
Analyze customer engineering workflows and help translate them into practical system configurations
Assist with lightweight PLM practices
Work directly with customers to understand their environment
Provide hands‑on guidance to engineering teams
Learn and maintain a working knowledge of Altium 365
the Altium Agile Platform
and related integrations
Help customers adopt new features
recommended practices
and updated workflows
Investigate workflow issues
configuration problems
or data structure inconsistencies
Escalate complex technical matters to senior architects or R&D
Participate in the creation of mini‑SOWs or scoped implementation plans
Document configurations
and repeatable best‑practice deployments
Assist with data migration activities such as libraries
and project structures
Work with Professional Services engineers on integrations or advanced technical tasks
Coordinate with Product and R&D teams to communicate customer feedback and feature gaps
