What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5+ years working in the healthcare revenue cycle, Proven leadership and issue resolution abilities, software/technology acumen and understanding, basic database principles, data exchange formats, process orientation, problem solving & troubleshooting skills, firm commitment to quality, HIPAA regulation knowledge, Healthcare terminology, Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Good written and oral communication

Nice to Have

Experience with Epic or Cerner EMR, Payer Benefit Plans, Payer / Hospital Contracts, Healthcare code sets, Obtaining prior authorizations from payer sites, Experience with EDI, healthcare transactions
