And to help the business move forward with confidence. ## _**What you’ll be doing**_ You’ll be a trusted legal partner to the organisation, providing clear, practical advice across a broad range of corporate, finance and regulatory matters. You’ll work closely with colleagues across Lloyd’s, helping teams make informed decisions while managing legal risk in a transparent, proportionate way. Day to day, you’ll: * Deliver high‑quality, business‑focused legal advice across corporate and finance matters, including UK and overseas regulatory issues * Get involved early in projects and programmes, helping shape outcomes rather than reacting to them * Identify and manage legal risk, keeping advice pragmatic and aligned to Lloyd’s risk appetite * Translate complex legal issues into clear, accessible guidance for non‑legal stakeholders * Build and improve legal templates, tools and guidance to make ways of working simpler and faster * Manage multiple priorities at pace, without losing sight of what matters most * Instruct and manage external counsel when specialist support is needed, focus
