As a **Solder Assembler** , you ensure that every connector, splice, and socket meets strict workmanship and quality standards before entering the molding process. Your attention to detail directly supports Teledyne’s reputation for precision, safety, and long-term product performance. You’ll work alongside experienced assemblers in a manufacturing environment that values consistency, teamwork, and continuous improvement. ### What you’ll do * Perform fine hand soldering of connectors, splices, sockets, and cable assemblies using magnification * Build assemblies by following production drawings, work instructions, and bills of material * Apply accepted workmanship standards across electro‑mechanical assemblies * Use hand and power tools to fit, assemble, and prepare components * Inspect assemblies and perform basic in‑process testing to verify quality * Trim or adjust materials to meet required electrical and dimensional specifications * Handle any flammable and hazardous materials safely and in compliance with safety requirements * Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment * Support cross‑training across different assembly processes as needed ### ### ### What you need * Strong manual dexterity a
