What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of related project management experience with an electrical contractor, commercial/industrial experience, 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience with proven leadership skills, Knowledgeable in all areas of electrical installation including a working knowledge of contract documents, project estimates, construction, and maintenance specifications, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (esp. Excel) is required, Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is required
Nice to Have
Customer Service experience -- a previous customer-facing role is preferred
What You'll Do.
Oversee proposal development
Review and approve electrical contractor bids
Identify and onboard new electrical contractors
Drive improvement in subcontractor onboarding
Coordinate internal resources and third parties
Develop repository of templates and data resources
Partner with Procurement leaders to assess vendors
Manage changes to project scope
Manage changes to project schedule
Manage changes to project costs
Manage relationship with customer
Manage relationship with stakeholders
Establish and maintain vendor relationships
Create and maintain project documentation

Your Impact The Project Manager, Solar O&M is responsible for the continuous improvement and pricing of operations and maintenance services for Pearce Renewables. The candidate will have strong interaction with external customers and internal stakeholders such as Sales, Business Operations, Field Operations, Procurement to drive growth and optimization of our solar service offerings to the U. S. market. Must possess the ability to interpret customer requirements, match services to customer specifications/drawings, and ensure that the quote is technically compatible and competitive by communicating with the Field Operations team to determine/clarify project requirements. Understands, analyzes, documents, and communicates contractual, technical, and commercial terms and has a working understanding of bid strategies. This individual will present a quotation package with comments on exceptions and built-in value to customers to ensure quality output.
