Job Type: Full-time Job Location: Lexington, SC area Pay: $23-$28 per hour based on experience Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Performance bonus Schedule: Extended hours Monday to Friday On call Travel: up to 50% to solar sites ACT Power Services was created to provide industry leading services for our clients. The PV Maintenance Lead serves as the crew leader for the Array Optimization Team (AOT), overseeing onsite operations to ensure execution of assigned tasks. This role is responsible for supervising crew safety, optimizing task efficiency, and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and quality. Responsibilities Motivate team members to achieve their full potential and foster a collaborative work environment. Onboard and train new crew members in safety protocols, technical procedures, software usage, and documentation practices. Provide clear guidance and leadership for daily onsite tasks, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Uphold high standards of work documentation and provide thorough summaries to maintain clear communication and project tracking. Monitor parts inventory levels and proactively communicate with management regarding supply needs.
