Your Impact Pearce is seeking experienced Solar HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing HVAC package units on Renewable Energy Sites. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Renewables industry. This position is initially local but candidates should reside in the Mojave, California area. Core Responsibilities Maintaining commercial cooling package units on O&M sites – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire HVAC units. Conducting performance checks and regular HVAC maintenance. Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment. Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services. Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports. Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Renewables Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
