What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of utility-scale solar experience, Experience working on megawatt-scale PV systems, electrical troubleshooting and repair skills (inverters, DC systems, power electronics), Experience with solar O&M / maintenance work, Working knowledge of OSHA / NFPA 70E safety standards, Experience using multimeters, meggers, amp clamps, and testing equipment, Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Candidates residing in the Tucson, Arizona area preferred

Your Impact As a Solar Field Service Technician, II (Utility-Scale / PV Repair), you’ll work on large, utility-scale solar farms—not residential or rooftop systems. You’ll handle troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of ground-mount solar systems, central/string inverters, and power plant equipment. You’re responsible for making sure work is done safely, correctly, and on schedule. This is a hands-on role for someone with real experience on utility-scale solar sites (megawatt-scale projects). These are local sites-candidates should reside within 50 miles of the Tucson, Arizona areas.
