The specialist willhelp manage the commercial lifecycle of software assets, support cost-reduction initiatives, and ensure robust financial chargeback and compliance operations are executed across all affiliate companies. **On a given day, a Software Vendor Management Operations Specialist will: ** * Manage the lifecycle of software licenses and subscriptions, including inventory tracking, renewals, usage monitoring, and optimization initiatives. * Support commercial discussions and renewal processes with key software vendors to achieve cost-efficiency and business objectives. * Coordinate the vendor relationships and act as a laison between internal stakeholders, Global Procurement (GP) and Legal, and external partners. * Oversee the operational processes supporting the resale and external deployment of software platforms & tools. * Ensure accurate processing, documentation, and compliance of software-related financial transactions, including quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and accounts payable activities. * Manage and support chargeback, cost allocation, and centralized billing processes for inter
