What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of proven test experience throughout all aspects of the SDLC and STLC phases, Extensive experience with bug management and test management tools (i. e Jira, TestRail), Comfortable in a fast paced, deadline driven environment, Exceptional, clear and effective communication skills in English (both verbal & written), Self-driven ability to work independently, team spirit, organizational skills, an unwavering attention to detail, problem-solving skills, an ability to think out-of-the-box, Solid time management skills
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience (preferably in technical discipline) is an advantage.
What You'll Do.
Create test plans & test cases based on specifications and requirements
Support QA execution phase
Heightened sense of awareness and attention to detail during test analysis and test execution phases
Spot areas for improvement to enhance the product's efficiency
Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations
Process product reviews and inform the product team regarding defects and errors
Share reports and metrics to relevant stakeholders
Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
Preparing demos and presentations regarding tested features to business partners and stakeholders
