Full Job Description
We are looking for a Software Technical Analyst to join the Information Systems team at MBPS, supporting and maintaining critical and non critical applications across GWAM. As part of the L2 Application System Support team, this role works within an Agile, high performing environment delivering application support, deployment, business requirements gathering, and data analysis. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical and customer service skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, curious mindset, with a solid understanding of wealth and asset management systems. You will be responsible for devising and supporting solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise application frameworks and conform to Manulife standards, ensuring reliable, scalable, and well aligned business solutions. **Position Responsibilities:** * Adapt to Global Technology / Segment wide organization / Business Unit’s strategy particularly with the support model and goal. * Coordinate application releases across all supported platforms and applications, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant deployments. * Create, manage, and maintain Change (CHG) tickets for all applications handled by the squad (not limited to AEM Platform), ensuring alignment with change management standards. * Schedule and coordinate deployment requests with engineering, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams. * Execute deployments during scheduled release windows and provide real time support during release activities. * Perform release readiness activities, including execution of IRA tasks and certification of repositories when required. * Revise, maintain, and standardize Standard Change (STD) templates to ensure consistency and audit readiness. * Coordinate penetration testing activities, including scheduling, tracking outcomes, and ensuring remediation follow ups. * Lead and coordinate Disaster Recovery (DR) testing, including planning, execution support, documentation, and reporting. * Perform ad
