About the Role 3E is seeking a proactive, entrepreneurial Software Sales Executive to join our Commercial team and drive growth across the DACH region, with a strong focus on Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. In this high-impact role, you will build and own a self-generated pipeline, pursue new logo opportunities, and develop strong relationships with decision-makers across complex manufacturing environments, including chemical manufacturing, industrial manufacturing, and related enterprise markets. This role is built for a true hunter: someone energized by outbound prospecting, strategic market mapping, cold outreach, and opening doors in complex B2B sales cycles. You will sell 3E’s full suite of SaaS and regulatory compliance solutions, partnering with internal experts to align our offerings with customer needs and strategic business priorities.
