Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 8+ years software quality assurance, 8+ years quality management, Understanding of SDLC methodologies, Knowledge of quality standards, Experience defining quality metrics, Experience tracking quality metrics, Experience defining KPIs, Experience tracking KPIs, Documentation skills, Communication skills, Collaboration skills, Analytical problem-solving capabilities, Ability to manage quality data, Ability to manage documentation systems

Nice to Have

External methodology certifications, CMMI certification, ITIL certification, Six Sigma certification, ISO certification

Lead quality management efforts

Provide best practice processes

Provide resources for quality goals

Provide tools for quality goals

Promote risk-based thinking

Promote opportunity-based thinking

Incorporate quality requirements into processes

Encourage staff engagement

Identify best practices

Identify improvement opportunities

Review deliverables for compliance

Review products for compliance

Determine consistency of deliverables
