As a Software Quality Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability, usability, and performance of our applications. Leveraging your development expertise, you will take ownership of the quality assurance process, designing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate the functionality and performance of our platform. Your development background will enable you to collaborate closely with software engineers and business analysts, understand complex technical aspects, and communicate effectively with the team. Additionally, you will provide technical support to our customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving software-related problems. You will also participate in the on-call rotation to handle critical issues outside regular business hours.
