What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 3 years of experience in a QA or test engineering role, Focus on test automation rather than manual testing, Proven experience writing and maintaining automated tests across front-end UI, API, and performance testing, Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, Good understanding of how testing fits into modern DevOps practices, Analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to triage failures, Identify root causes, Communicate findings clearly to engineers and stakeholders, Familiarity with agile or iterative development environments, Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team where requirements evolve
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Java and/or JavaScript testing ecosystems, Comfortable working in a tool-agnostic environment, Experience or genuine interest in contributing to the establishment of QA practices, standards, and tooling within a team, Exposure to or interest in applying GenAI tools in testing workflows, Critical judgement on when and how to use GenAI tools effectively
