What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in software QA or testing for web or mobile applications., understanding of software testing concepts such as test planning, test design, regression testing, smoke testing, and UAT., Hands on experience in writing and executing test cases, logging defects, and working within an agile or scrum environment., Familiarity with at least one test management or issue tracking tool such as Jira, ClickUp, TestRail, or similar., Good understanding of REST APIs and experience using tools like Postman or similar for API testing., Ability to write basic SQL queries to validate data and support backend testing.
Nice to Have
Candidates with 3 to 5 or more years of experience in SQA or QA automation will be given preference., Basic to intermediate experience with test automation frameworks or tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium is a plus., Experience with CI or CD tools, pipelines, and integrating automated tests into the build process will be considered an advantage., Experience testing both B2B, B2C and MFS products., Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Locust, or similar., ISTQB or similar QA certification.

We are looking for a detail oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer (SQA) with a minimum of 2 years of hands on experience in testing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality, has a strong understanding of QA processes, and is comfortable working closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure reliable, high quality releases. Candidates with 3 to 5 or more years of experience in SQA or QA automation will be given strong preference. Key Responsibilities Test Planning and Strategy * Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to identify test scenarios and edge cases. * Prepare and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test checklists for new and existing features. Manual Testing * Execute functional, regression, integration, and system tests for web and mobile applications. * Validate UI, UX, and cross browser behavior to ensure consistency and usability. * Perform exploratory testing to uncover hidden issues and improve product robustness. Automation and Tools * Design and maintain automated test scripts for critical user flows using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar. * Contribute to building and improving the test automation framework, including test data, reporting, and CI integration. Defect Management * Log clear, reproducible defects with proper steps, screenshots, and logs in tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or similar. * Work closely with developers to clarify issues, retest fixes, and ensure timely closure of defects. API and Backend Validation * Test RESTful APIs using tools like Postma
