BS/ MS Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration Management or related field, 12+ years experience working in a fast pace technical business environment, Experience working with senior management in an “influence-without-authority” role, business insight with a keen ability to quickly assimilate new information, Solid team player with ability to function in a matrixed co-leadership environment, Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and HR systems (preferably Workday), Demonstrated success in managing program or projects with attention to detail and timely completion of deliverables, Proven ability to communicate clearly and work well across a matrix organization
