We build technology that keeps fleets safer, smarter, and more profitable. ### **The Role** As a Software Manager, you will play a pivotal player-coach role, leading a team of talented developers in building and enhancing our EMDECS and emdecs one platforms. Reporting directly to the VP of Operations & Customer Experience, you will own the full software delivery lifecycle, from planning and execution to release management and production reliability. You will collaborate closely with Product and key stakeholders to shape the roadmap and ensure our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will mentor developers, drive architectural decisions, and contribute production code, all while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture. **You are the rare individual who can lead a team and build with them.
