Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical discipline, Active Secret Clearance, 8+ years of experience, Experience leading software activities across full SDLC, Experience producing and maintaining software technical documentation, Experience maintaining configuration-managed baselines
Nice to Have
Experience supporting government or defense-related engineering programs, Experience integrating software with hardware systems, sensors, or complex engineering platforms, Prior technical leadership experience directing software engineers across multiple concurrent efforts, Ability to obtain/maintain a Top Secret Clearance
