As a Software Engineer in the KYC & Eligibility team, you will be responsible for building and optimizing the activation and onboarding processes at Blockchain.com. Your work will ensure that customers can seamlessly and securely access our platform while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements. You will collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams to create a scalable, reliable, and efficient onboarding experience. This role requires a strong problem-solving mindset, and the ability to build systems that are both secure and user-friendly. You will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of our onboarding flows, ensuring high availability, low latency, and optimal user experience. What You Will Do: Design, develop, and maintain the ****platform, ensuring that your contributions follows the standards and guidelines set by Blockchain.com Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code while upholding best practices in software development. Contribute to the observability and monitoring of our services, leveraging tools to improve system performance and debugging capabilities. Work closely with our marketing teams to ensure requirements are met while maintaining a seamless user experience including experiments together with A/B testing. Improve our activation and onboarding flow remains secure and efficient. Collaborate with backend and frontend engineers to enhance the end-to-end onboarding experience. Contribute to technical architecture discussions, ensuring that design choices align with both business goals and system performance.
