ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for an experienced Software Engineering Team Lead (m/f) to join one of our client teams onsite in Luxembourg within a European institutional environment. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary development squad, ensuring successful delivery of business-critical applications while driving engineering excellence, process improvements, and collaboration across teams. You will act as the key interface between technical teams, product stakeholders, and management, combining technical leadership with delivery ownership.
