**Software Engineering Senior Analyst - ReactJS** _Position Overview_ As a Software Engineering Senior Analyst - ReactJS, you will develop and maintain front-end applications using React.js. You will implement UI components, integrate with backend services, and contribute to delivering responsive, high-quality user experiences for Evernorth’s healthcare technology platforms. _Responsibilities_ * Develop and maintain front-end applications using React.js and TypeScript. * Implement UI components following design specifications and style guides. * Work with state management libraries (Redux, Context API) for data flow. * Build responsive and cross-browser compatible web applications. * Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library. * Integrate with backend RESTful APIs for data fetching and updates. * Participate in code reviews and follow established coding standards. * Debug and resolve front-end issues and browser compatibility problems. * Optimize component rendering performance and user experience. * Collaborate with UX designers and backend developers on feature implementation. * Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing. _Qualifications:_ * 3 - 5 years of experience in front-end development with 3+ years in React.js. * College degree (Bachelor) in Computer Science or related field. * Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript. * Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS. * Experience with state management (Redux, Context API). * Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library). * Experience with build tools (Webpack) and version control (Git). * RESTful API integration experience. * Strong analytical and debugging skills. _Preferred Qualifications:_ * Experience with responsive design frameworks. * Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. * Exposure to production environments. _Industry / Domain Experience Needed:_ * Demonstrated experience in front-end application development. * Ability to navigate
