3-6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle PL/SQL, including complex stored procedures, packages, triggers, and performance optimization, experience across the application development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and production support, Experience working in large, complex enterprise application environments, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, Ability to lead technical discussions and effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with application integration patterns and data-intensive systems, Exposure to modern development practices such as CI/CD, version control, and automated testing, Prior experience in a technical lead or senior analyst role
