What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's of Science Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM), minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience, Experience in software development, integration or test using C, C++, Java, or Ada, Leadership experience managing teams or sections within a defense software development program, Experience developing software in a team-based development environment, preferably using the Agile Scrum or Kanban framework, The ability to obtain and maintain a U. S Government Secret security clearance prior to the start date, U. S. citizenship

Extensive experience as a leader of software development, integration or test activities on a defense software development program, Proven success in mentoring and developing engineering talent, both technically and professionally, Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to effectively interact with subordinates, customers, and other internal organizations, High energy, self-starting team player who achieves goals and promotes continuous improvement, In-depth radar domain knowledge (EWR, AN/TPY-2, XBR, CK, DBR, AMDR, etc.), Software Cost estimation experience, strategic planning and decision-making skills, Six Sigma, CORE, EVMS, Software Project Management Certification and PMX certifications
