This role leads Mechanical, Hardware, Software, and/or System Engineering disciplines to successful project outcomes. **Location** : This position requires on-site work at Gentex facilities. This role is not eligible for remote work. **_WHAT YOU’LL DO_** * Lead 1-2 Gentex Engineering disciplines in product development. * Create comprehensive engineering plans based on project scope and customer timing. * Collaborate with other team members and subject matter experts to meet stakeholder expectations. * Serve as an advocate for stakeholders regarding expectations and communicate to development teams. * Coordinate regular technical project launch meetings with cross-functional engineering teams. * Release engineering artifacts including product software, Bill of Materials, and release notes according to established processes. * Other duties as assigned. **_HOW YOU’LL DO IT_** * Communicating effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey clear understanding, taking into account the unique needs of different audiences. * Action oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm. * Situation adaptability –Adapting approach and processes to match the shifting demands of different situations.
