Software Engineering Manager (Verification and Analysis) **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is currently seeking a **Software Engineering Manager** to support our **Space Launch System (SLS) Ground Systems and Integration (GS &I)** team located in **Huntsville, Alabama.** This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) Software Engineering organization. The SLS GS&I represents a team of problem solvers whose primary goal is to develop and maintain software to ensure the SLS launch vehicles and associated products are ready for delivery to NASA. The GS&I team develops and supports three key products: Electrical Ground Support Equipment, Enhanced Battery Charge/Discharge Equipment, and MAF Test Flight Computer. The GS&I team directly supports ground-based testing of the SLS vehicle for manufacturing and key test events. The Software Engineering Manager will provide direct management over the software integration, verification, and requirement teams. Additionally, the Manager will help bridge the gap between product development and product deployment with close ties to stakeholders in the Michoud Assembly Facility, Kennedy Space Center, Marshall Space Flight Center, and Stennis Space Center. **Position Responsibilities:** * Support, lead, and efficiently delegate the project team's responsibilities and tasks through all stages of the project lifecycle * Lead the establishment of common design practices, and workflows for code-generation, validation, and incorporation of these software products into a complex testing asset * Partner with Boeing system
