Must Have

5+ years of experience in engineering, at least 5 years in a management role, Proven track record of successfully leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects, Proven technical foundation in some or all of our core stack—Node. js, Ruby on Rails, React, AWS (Lambda/Terraform), and Datadog, Deep understanding of agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.), Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
