Must Have
An approachable, inquisitive, problem-solving leader focused on business value and passionate about developing talent., Comfortable with technology, architectural decisions, and technical trade-offs, backed by a previous background as an experienced software engineer., Experience with data platform and ETL/orchestration technologies such as Apache Airflow, Spark, AWS Glue, and Snowflake., Experience with (or more specifically advocacy for) AI developer tooling such as: Claude Code, Copilot, Windsurf, and Gemini, Proficiency in delivering solutions within a major Public Cloud service, such as AWS., Experience operating within an Agile environment (e. g. Scrum) in a complex, regulated industry like Financial Services., A sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and a positive, proactive bias for action balanced with self-reflection.
