As part of our continued focus on embedded software development, and our commitment to deliver high quality and reliable products to our customers, we are hiring for a new role to support our growing community of engineers working on embedded software. **The Role:** As part of maturing our organisational structure, we are introducing additional Engineering Management capacity to support our teams, specifically focused on the Novation brand. Depending on your experience level, you’ll be managing 2 or more teams in this role (2-4 engineers per team, including QA). The teams are made up of a balance of senior, mid-level, and junior engineers, who are developing embedded software to support our Novation ranges. As an Engineering Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping best practices and fostering a strong engineering culture, while working closely with Product Owners and Technical Leads to help balance quality, flow, and product delivery.
