What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of software engineering experience, at least 2+ years managing engineers directly, technical background in .NET / C# and modern backend systems, designed, built, and operated production systems at scale, A track record of shipping quality software in a fast-moving, product-driven environment, Experience building and scaling engineering teams — hiring, mentoring, and developing engineers, judgment on when to dive into code and when to step back and lead through others, Clear communicator who can work closely with product, business, and executive stakeholders
Nice to Have
experience in RegTech, FinTech, or any domain where reliability and compliance are non-negotiable
