This team delivers high-fidelity training simulations for the United States Air Force, supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business, specifically the F-15 USAF training system software team. In this role, you will lead a team of software engineers developing flight simulation software that accurately models aircraft, subsystems, and operational environments. The team works with multiple programming languages, including C++, Fortran, Ada, C#, and Python, primarily targeting Linux and Windows platforms. Development follows Agile methodologies. You will build and mentor a diverse engineering team to deliver high-integrity software critical to customer training.
