Software Engineering Manager **Company:** The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is looking for a **Software Engineering Manager** to join the Fighters Vehicle Simulation organization in **Berkeley, MO**. This team delivers high-fidelity training simulations for the United States Air Force, supporting the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business, specifically the F-15 USAF training system software team. In this role, you will lead a team of software engineers developing flight simulation software that accurately models aircraft, subsystems, and operational environments. The team works with multiple programming languages, including C++, Fortran, Ada, C#, and Python, primarily targeting Linux and Windows platforms. Development follows Agile methodologies. You will build and mentor a diverse engineering team to deliver high-integrity software critical to customer training. Leveraging your technical expertise and leadership, you will guide the team to meet program milestones on time and within budget. This role offers opportunities to enhance your problem-solving, innovation, and communication skills while collaborating with integrated product teams, program management, and customers.
