What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years leading engineers as an Engineering Manager or Tech Lead, Production experience with modern. NET, Production experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Solid understanding of microservices, Solid understanding of distributed systems, Solid understanding of SRE practices, Comfortable getting hands-on when needed, Not afraid of legacy systems, Clear, direct communicator with empathy and conviction, Comfortable giving and receiving feedback, Curious, pragmatic, and biased toward action
