What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years’ experience leading software engineering teams in a technical environment, cross-functional leadership, organisational skills, degree in Computer Science, Engineering/a related field or equivalent practical experience, knowledge of modern software development practices, experience working with API-based systems, excellent communicator
Nice to Have
knowledge of the aged or disability care sector, previous experience with AlayaCare products or a similar care software product
