What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline, 9 years of related engineering experience (or Master's with 7 years, or PhD with 4 years), Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management, Prior leadership experience using Agile development, Experience with a variety of DevOps tools, Experience with software development (Java/Javascript, C++, C# or any modern object-oriented language) and its life cycle, Active U. S. Government Top Secret clearance, Ability to obtain and maintain initial Special Access Program (SAP) access, Ability to obtain and maintain subsequent SAP PARs
Nice to Have
Active U. S. Government Top Secret SCI clearance, Current applicable Special Access Program (SAP) clearance, Experience developing proposal inputs, Cost account management, Resource planning, Experience using Atlassian Tool Suite, JIRA, SonarQube, Experience with VMware infrastructure and automation
What You'll Do.
Lead a team of approximately 10 individuals
Continuously develop and maintain software production tools and processes
Serve as a work package manager
and delivery of DevOps products
Manage and report budget
Provide Functional Management to direct reports
Develop DevOps architectures and development frameworks

Collaborate with Software Development, Systems Engineering, Test Automation, and Systems Test organizations; Work closely with program systems engineering, software development, and management professionals; Collaborative team settings across all levels

Work package manager, Planning, Execution, Delivery, Cost account management, Resource planning, EVMS methodologies
