**Software Engineering Lead Analyst - DevOps** _Position Overview_ As a Software Engineering Lead Analyst - DevOps, you will be part of a team responsible for designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and container orchestration platforms. You will drive automation, reliability, and operational excellence across Evernorth’s technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless delivery of healthcare solutions at scale. _Responsibilities_ * Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps for automated build, test, and deployment. * Manage container orchestration platforms including Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift. * Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation. * Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS). * Automate build, release, and deployment processes to improve delivery velocity. * Implement monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions using Splunk, Datadog, CloudWatch, and Grafana. * Enforce security best practices in DevOps workflows (secrets management, IAM, vulnerability scanning). * Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications. * Manage source control strategies and branching models using Git. * Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and cost optimization for cloud resources. * Troubleshoot production infrastructure issues and lead incident response. * Mentor junior engineers and drive adoption of DevOps culture and practices. _Qualifications:_ * 7 - 9 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering. * College degree (Bachelor) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). * Expert knowledge of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift). * Proficiency with cloud platforms, primarily AWS (EC2, S3, ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS). * Infrastructure as
