Must Have
Diploma or Degree students, Undergraduates currently enrolled in a Diploma or Degree program at a college or university, Students studying Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields, Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in Java,. NET, or UI/UX, Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery, Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Good verbal and written communication skills in English, Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively, Willingness to learn, manage multiple tasks, and take initiative, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail, Friendly attitude with good interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
Knowledge of React, Node. js, Next. js, and Bootstrap is an added advantage, Experience with any CMS platform is an added advantage
What You'll Do.
Working on incident tickets by updating status and tracking progress using a Service Management tool
Analyzing and troubleshooting basic technical or system-related issues
Assisting with simple system enhancements and report requests
Supporting testing activities for system changes
Helping to prepare step-by-step instructions for deploying changes into the production environment
Compiling weekly or monthly summaries of incident tickets and service requests
Supporting other tasks or projects assigned by the team or account manager
