Proven technology leadership experience supporting corporate action processing, custody platforms or asset servicing platforms., Demonstrated critical thinking and sound decision‑making capabilities in complex environments, problem‑solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment., Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence and persuade effectively, Proven architectural and technology experience with a focus on designing and implementing scalable, efficient and secure systems, 10+ years of experience in technology or program management roles within financial services., 6+ years’ experience in an Agile ecosystem, 5+ years of experience with Oracle SQL, 5+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, React JS, experience with custody platforms, securities processing, or post‑trade systems (e. g. , settlements, asset servicing, corporate actions)

This role is accountable for the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions supporting Corporate Actions processing. The position blends people leadership, technical stewardship, and delivery ownership within a regulated financial services environment. **Why this role is important to us** The team you will be joining is part of **Global Technology Services (GTS)** , which delivers enterprise technology capabilities that support State Street’s global businesses. Within GTS, this role is aligned to the **Corporate Actions** value stream, focused on designing and delivering complex technology solutions that support high‑volume, time‑critical processing.
