Your Opportunity Starts Here. # **Role Purpose** Lead the end-to-end technology delivery and platform ownership for all Cards systems — covering card issuing, authorization, switching, clearing & settlement, disputes, and card servicing. The role ensures resilient operations, regulatory compliance, business growth enablement, and modernization of platforms. It also requires **strong regional stakeholder management** and **effective vendor governance** to align priorities across countries and external partners. **Key Responsibilities** **Technology & Delivery** * Own and manage the full Cards technology stack and roadmap. * Deliver features, compliance changes, and modernization initiatives on time. * Ensure performance, scalability, and seamless integration with Core Banking, Channels, Fraud, and Schemes. **Architecture & Modernization** * Drive transformation from legacy systems to API-based microservices. * Align to Group target-state architecture and engineering standards. **Platform Reliability & Risk** * Maintain 24/7 availability for authori
