What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or Engineering or related course work, 8 -11 years of Software Development experience, frontend development expertise with ReactJS, Modern JavaScript / TypeScript, Component-based architecture, State management and performance optimization, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, AWS cloud development experience, EC2, S3, RDS/Aurora (PostgreSQL), Lambda, ECS/EKS, IAM, CloudWatch, API Gateway, Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, Experience with DevOps practices, containerization (Docker), cloud-native deployment patterns, backend development experience using Java and Spring Boot, REST API design and implementation, Microservices-based architectures, understanding of version control (Git), Mandatory hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools
