What They're Looking For.
Must Have
A demonstrated, genuine AI-first approach to engineering, Experience using AI tools (e. g. , Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, Cursor, etc. ) in development workflows, Advanced prompt engineering skills and the ability to write precise, structured prompts and cultivate the system context that makes AI outputs reliable, secure, and production-ready, 10+ years of experience in full-stack software development and large-scale system architecture, Mastery of multiple programming languages and design patterns used in enterprise systems (e. g. , Java, Python, C++, Go, Node. JS, Scala, C#), Broad knowledge of web standards related to APIs, such as REST, SOAP, WSDL, HTTP, JSON, etc., Solid understanding of relational and non-relational database technologies (e. g. , Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB) and experience with ORM frameworks (e. g. , Entity Framework), Experience with version control systems (e. g. , Git) and CI/CD pipelines, Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Ability to participate in the team's on-call rotation to address complex problems in real time and maintain highly available, performant, and secure services, communication and collaboration abilities, Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Extensive professional experience matched to the job grade, Hands-on experience in developing SaaS applications over public cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), Proficiency in container orchestration systems like Kubernetes, EKS, and Docker, Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems, Active participation in open-source communities or contributions to relevant projects, Mastery of multiple programming languages and platforms, 9+ years of software development experience, Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming and other scripting languages: Java, Python, Scala C#, Go, Node. JS and C++, SQL skills and experience and experience with relational and non-relational databases e. g. (PostgreSQL/Trino/redshift/Mongo), Experience with developing SAAS products over public cloud infrastructure - AWS/Azure/GCP, Proven experience designing and developing distributed systems at scale, Proficiency in queues, locks, scheduling, event-driven architecture, and workload distribution, along with a deep understanding of relational database and non-relational databases, A deep understanding of software development best practices and demonstrate leadership skills, Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
