Job Description Summary: As an UX Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing seamless and meaningful experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver interfaces that are user-friendly, visually engaging, and aligned with the needs of diverse users, including clinicians, administrators, and care providers. Job Description: Key Responsibilities: * Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces for web, iOS, and Android across devices including phones, tablets, and desktops. * Translate user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints into elegant design solutions. * Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma (or equivalent). * Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure implementation aligns with design intent. * Develop and maintain design systems and UI libraries to ensure consistency across products. * Design data-rich dashboards and workflows that simplify complex information and improve usability. * Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative feedback cycles to validate design solutions. * Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design practices. * Follow Agile or Lean methodologies to deliver software efficiently and effectively. What You’ll Need to Be Successful (Required Skills): * 3 - 5 years of experience in UX design and front-end development. * Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design for multiple platforms and form factors (web, iOS, Android). * Proficiency in Figma or similar tools for wireframing, mockups, and clickable prototyping. * Demonstrated ability to design data-driven dashboards and workflows that communicate complex concepts simply. * Solid understanding of UX principles, design systems, responsive design, and visual hierarchy. Preferred Skills: * Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture. * Familiarity with front-end frameworks and UI/UX best practices.
